Course Delivery

Our maintenance planning and scheduling training can be delivered live over three days via interactive virtual classes or directly in a traditional classroom setup on your site. Alternatively, the course is available via a series of webinars that can be accessed via our website which integrate assignments and Q&A opportunities throughout.

      • Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) analysis

  • Creation of the maintenance plan

  • Identification of spares requirements (brief detail as this is covered in a separate course)

  • Development of the computerised maintenance management system (CMMS)

      • Root Cause Analysis (RCA) 

      • Six Sigma DMAIC process (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, and Control) 

  • Training of the maintenance team

  • Managing deviations from the plan
